VII TransValls al Límit
Art.1 eXtrem Tracks and Gent d'Oliva Mtb organize the VII TransValls al Límit that will take place on April 30, 2017.
Art.2 The VII TransValls al Límit is a cyclotourist meeting, regulated in article 19 of the Valencian Cycling Regulations of the FCCV, where it defines that "cycling is a non-competition ludic cycling practice , that is to say, it's a sporting alternative of leisure and free time".
Art.3 Event description: For the VII edition of the ultramarathon.
ULTRAMARATHON
The event will consist of 130 km, with a positive slope of 3,900 meters, by mountain bike, along the route established by the organization and having to pass through the indicated control points. The departure and arrival will be located in Oliva town.
The start line will be given at 8:00 in the morning.The maximum time to conclude the event will be 11 hours. Along the course there will be 4 liquid and solid supplies, and 1 or 2 liquid supplies, located at the points marked on the test map. A maximum times will be set to reach the different controls. Participants who do not reach such controls in the time established will be eliminated and can continue in the car of the organization to the finishing line. Thouse who want to continue the route, will do it as normal uses under their own responsibility. The organization is responsible for transferring to the finish line the participants that due to mechanical or physical problems leave the event, and their bikes will be transferred in different vehicles to the finish line area where they will be guarded by the organization.
A timing system will be available to measure arrival times as well as a list of arrival times.
For security reasons the organization on each cyclist's number will put the contact phone numbers of the Catering Point 1 - CP2 and CP3, as well as the organization phone number, so that in case of any mishap, mechanical, physical or of any kind, they can contact the organization.
Art.4 The track for GPS devices will be made public in advance, in case the participants wish to make a recognition of the route. GPS is mandatory on the event day. The organization may modify the route for reasons of force majeure. On Saturday, April 29 at 6:00 pm, participants will be welcomed to the finish line area at Centre Polivalent in Oliva, where the documentation of the participants will be reviewed, the number will be handed over and the required material will be checked. At the reception, a briefing will be held where the organization will inform about the following day's event and the doubts raised will be solved. If a participant is unable to arrive on time at the briefing, they must inform the organization in advance.
Art.5 The VII TransValls al Límit, is a non competitive event.
Art.6 The inscriptions will open on December 15, 2016 and will be closed on February 28, 2017 with a jersey or Polo shirt and without jersey on April 15. The organization may close the registration period when it deems appropriate, depending on the number of entries. VII TransValls al Límit Registration for this year, until April 15 will have a cost of:

Art.7 When they pick up their number, participants will sign the documents, where they affirm that they are in good physical condition to complete the event. The participation in the event is under they own responsibility and own risk of the participants. The organization will have medical assistance. This fact, does not exempt the bikers from the obligation to offer assistance to any other participant who needs it.
Art.8 It’s mandatory to use the authorized helmet. Likewise we have established some recommended materials, which for the safety of the participant, the organization insists are carried them in the event.
Organization recommendations:
Emergency whistle.
Solid and liquid supplies.
Mobile phone (with enough battery).
Basic tool kit, as well as elements for changing or repairing tires and tubes.
Raincoat and thermal blanket.
The organization may add some kind of mandatory or recommended material not included in this section. In such case, such material will be notified sufficiently in advance to the participants through the official website or by e-mail.
The collaborating establishments will offer technical support at the catering points indicated on the event map. Participants who have private assistance, can receive it only at the catering points indicated on the map the day of the briefing.
Art.9 Participants will NOT have the exclusive use of roads, tracks and public roads during the event. The traffic code must be respected always and at all times during the event. The instructions of the Police will be strictly accept and respected, as well as the instructions of the organization. The penalties and damages caused directly or indirectly by the biker, resulting from disobeying the instructions given by the Police and those derived directly or indirectly from not respecting the traffic regulations in force during the event shall be the exclusive responsibility of the rider and will not be transferred to the organization. The route of the event will be completely open to traffic.
Art.10 Every participant must carry, in a mandatory and visible form, the number given by the organization. Any participant who doesn't wear visibly the number will be excluded from the event by members of the organization. The number is a personal and non-transferable item. The registered person can only participate with the number that has been assigned and accepts not to allow its use to other people. The number will be personalized with the name of the Biker and a control code and will be personal and non-transferable.

Art.12 The Organization is not responsible for any accident that the participants could be cause or victim, this will be covered by the Organization's own insurance, nor will it be jointly responsible for the expenses or debts that could be incurred by the participants during the event, nor of the losses or damages that the bicycles or other equipment of the participants could suffer. The participant exempts the organization from liability for loss or deterioration of personal objects under any circumstance.
Art.13 Media and Image rights.- The acceptance of the present regulation implies obligatorily that the participant authorizes to the ORGANIZATION of the event the total or partial recording of its participation in the same, it gives its consent so that its image can be used in the promotion and diffusion (Radio, press, video, photo, DVD, internet, posters, media, etc.) and gives all the rights related to commercial and advertising exploitation that the ORGANIZATION considers appropriate to execute, Without their right to receive any financial compensation.
Art.14 In accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of personal data, all data of the participants collected in the registration form will be included in a private file owned by the organizers of the event, For exclusive purposes of test management. All interested parties may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition of their personal data by email to: extremtracks@gmail.com
Art.15 The organization will not assume any responsibility if the event is suspended or deferred due to force majeure.
Art.16 The Organization reserves the right to make the opportune modifications, when for some motive they deem it necessary. likewise it reserves the Right of Admission. The mere fact of being registered in this event, supposes the acceptance of these Regulations and the renunciation of all the rights against the organization. Renouncing any legal action that might result from your participation in the event.

- Don't respect the safety instructions indicated through law enforcement and the organization itself.
- Don't pass through the exit control and by others located on the route.
- Mess or degrade the itinerary, throwing waste.
- Have their own support vehicle, which hinders the progress of other participants or organization.
- Behaviors that prevent the normal development of the event and that goagainst this Regulation.
The penalty will consist of:
- Disqualification from the event
- Inclusion in the lists of sanctioned participants, for subsequent publication.
- Prohibition to participate in future editions.
- The sanctions imposed by the authorities.
Art.12 The Organization is not responsible for any accident that the participants could be cause or victim, this will be covered by the Organization's own insurance, nor will it be jointly responsible for the expenses or debts that could be incurred by the participants during the event, nor of the losses or damages that the bicycles or other equipment of the participants could suffer.
